For my BA Art and Design 2024 Degree Show I produced a short film documenting the electronic music scene in the UK. Studying in Leeds, I was drawn to the raw, DIY culture inherent in this community. Namely, the practice of students converting unused basements into makeshift clubs for house parties. I felt that it was my responsibility to document this movement before things changed.

I compiled my own footage, recordings, and sound design to create an immersive experience for viewers. This includes a conversation with DJ and event promoter, Harpriya describing her experiences in the Leeds scene. The film was presented to the public at the University of Leeds Degree Show in 2024.
